A little clarity

Your questions, answered.

Where should I begin?

You do not need to choose a modality before getting in touch. Share your interests and ask Stephane which approach could fit your goals.

Can I ask about online sessions?

Yes. Ask about guided movement and education options. Hands-on Structural Integration is an in-person service.

How do I find out the price and duration?

Please ask about the session you are interested in. Duration, fees and availability are agreed personally before a session is confirmed.

Does submitting a request confirm my appointment?

No. Your enquiry starts a conversation. The date, location, format and conditions need to be agreed before your appointment is confirmed.
